Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Irish VAT at 23% is added at checkout; EU businesses outside Ireland can enter a VAT number for the reverse charge. You get a VAT invoice for every payment. Paid by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Unlimited clients, jobs, quotes and invoices on every plan.

How the free trial works
14 days with everything switched on
Your trial includes every Master feature, so you can try certificates, purchase orders and reports as well as the basics.
- 1 Sign up with your emailName, email and a password. No card, no sales call.
- 2 Use it on real workQuote, run and invoice real jobs for 14 days.
- 3 Choose a planPick a plan from Pricing inside Handl and pay by card through Stripe. If the trial ends first, your account goes read-only (nothing is deleted) until you choose one.

Pricing and billing questions
Is the price per user?
No. Each plan is one price per Handl account. Each account has one login today.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe Checkout, monthly or yearly, in advance. You choose a plan from the Pricing page inside Handl after you sign up. VAT is added at checkout and you get a VAT invoice by email.
Which plan should I pick?
Use the free trial to try everything, then look at what you actually used. Apprentice covers quoting, jobs, invoicing and test records. Journeyman adds job photos, templates, online quote acceptance and timesheets. Master adds interim certificates, purchasing and reporting.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and a password and you get 14 days with every feature switched on. You only enter card details if you choose a paid plan, and that payment is handled by Stripe.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep adding and editing work. If you don't, your account becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view and export your clients, jobs, quotes and invoices, and nothing is deleted. Pick a plan whenever you're ready and everything unlocks straight away.
How do card payments work?
Connect your own Stripe account and customers can pay invoices by card. Money goes to your Stripe account. Handl adds an application fee to each card payment collected through Handl, lower on higher plans: 2.5% + €0.20 on Apprentice, 1.5% + €0.20 on Journeyman and 1% + €0.20 on Master (and during the free trial).
How do I change plan or cancel?
In Handl, open Pricing and choose Manage Subscription. You can switch plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel there. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for. You can also message us on WhatsApp (+353 86 817 2573) or email info@puredigital.ie.
